Script Instructions

After the Segment Summary is complete, you must write a script for each segment. 

 The format:

 Segment 1:  “Title”

 I.  INTRO:  What are you going to say or show to introduce this part of the video?

 II.  THE BODY:  This involves the places you go, who you see and interview, the questions you ask…….basically everything you are going to say or show.  This way there are no surprises or awkward moments.

 III.  CONCLUSION:  End each part with a transition into the next part.  You may want to say a little about what is coming in the next part.

  

 

Final project

1.      Filmed:  must have own video camera with editing capabilities or make arrangements with teachers for a camera and time.

Or

                        2.      Written:  Must combine all information in a written document.  This can look like a screenplay or report.  Interviews must still be done and responses included in the final product.   See teacher for additional instructions.

Or

3.      Live Action:  Combination of written and filmed outcomes.  Interviews must still be done but the outcome is acted out in front of the class complete with voiceovers and “interviews”.
