Day 1:  Tense Day

50 points for a turned in and completed paper.

Read the story you started

Recopy the text of your story using the correct past or present tense

You may need some help from another student or a teacher in deciphering what you have to read.

Day 2:  Add-on Day

50 points for a turned in and completed paper.

Look at the transitions from paragraph to paragraph

Add on or correct anything you want.  This will make the paper flow better and make it more exciting.

Day 3:  Recopy Day

50 points for a turned in and completed paper.

Simply recopy your corrected and proofed work and turn in all copies you have worked on.

Order of paragraphs

Your paper should have at least 7 paragraphs.  Go ahead and add any missing paragraphs and strengthen what needs to be strengthened:

1. Topic sentence is “The cloud was definitely following Adam and Rita.”
2. Describe the setting of the story.
3. Develop Adam’s character.
4. Develop Rita’s character.
5. Present a conflict that turns into a problem.
6. Present a fortunate event.
